There are no refunds as this is a novelty business. All cancellations must be 24 hours prior to delivery day and will be issued a credit good for 1 year. Credit is issued for orders not delivered due to EXTREME weather issues and is good for 1 year.
To ensure the best experience possible and complete satisfaction the following terms and conditions apply. To ensure delivery persons safety we reserve the right to cancel deliveries to an unsafe environment. You will be contacted promptly should an event such as this occur. Please remove any animals from the property/yard to be decorated. We will not deliver due to safety and you will be promptly contacted. Delivery, pick up, set up, and take down is completed by CNY Birthday Gram and is included. We will require a fee of $150 for any damaged or missing signs. Should this occur we will bill the original debit/credit card used to place the order. Should funds not be available for debit card customers or for cash customers you will receive a bill for $150 from CNY Birthday Gram. Please do not allow children to play with signs. They are not toys. Please contact us should the signs need to be removed. Delivery reschedules are available, please give at least 24 hour advance notice. Due to severe weather issues we will reschedule if we can not deliver on date specified. For gated communities please advise the gate personnel. We will not responsible for non entry. Please give correct address information to delivery site. We will not be responsible for incorrect information. Check address before calling us. We currently deliver to Onondaga County. Please call for pricing to surrounding areas as delivery rates will apply.
